Our PowerStake is used for the real estate post and smaller signs with 4" square posts. The stake installs 17" into the ground and 10" into the post. This stakes works great in most soil conditions. If you are in an area with particularly tough soil or wind conditions, we recommend our Groundbreaker Stake System, which is a stronger and slightly larger version of our PowerStake System.
*The Power Stake is only guaranteed to work with our Real Estate Post Systems and may not work with systems from other manufacturers.
5 Stakes included in the purchase.
Will buy again!

I have purchased a lot of these power stakes for my company and overall have been impressed. My only complaint is that the top plate sometimes bends upwards when trying to remove it from the ground. If the product is still newer, it can easily be bent back into place with no problem. The older the stake is though, and the more times it has been bent back into place, the more likely it is to break. Once it breaks, your signpost moves a lot easier with wind. My most recent orders have come with pink stakes for breast cancer awareness. I thought that was a very nice touch and would love to see more colors being utilized throughout the year!
