In Stock Merchandise:

• You must contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
• There is a 15% restocking fee.
• You must initiate your return request within 10 business days of the ship date.
• All returned merchandise must be in its original shipping package, and in original condition.
• All return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned merchandise must reach us within 30 days of the ship date.
• When we receive the returned merchandise we will issue a credit less the original shipping and handling and the 15% restocking fee.

If the return is because you were sent incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise, we will issue a credit for the total amount of the order including shipping and handling.
