Typically, we are able to ship orders placed by 12 pm EST the same day! Any orders placed after that will usually be shipped the next business day. Some bulk or custom orders may take longer to ship. What size panel will fit into the frame?
We make every frame custom to order. To be able to make the frame customized to fit your specific sign, you will be asked to provide the entire size of your panel. Because of the installation method of the panel, some visual space will be lost. If you have any questions about how much visual space is lost, feel free to ask!
What style frame should I use?
We offer many different styles of frames, so feel free to take a look at our products online or request a printed catalog to decide which style frame best suites your needs. If you are unsure about which style you might like, our sales representatives can help guide you in the right direction.
What type of substrate materials will the frame fit?
We route every frame custom to your specifications so you are able to use a variety of substrate materials. We will need to know the thickness of your panel.
How should the frame be installed?
It is important to consider modes of installation when ordering your frame. Direct burial is our most highly recommended method. This requires for 2’ of the posts to be buried with cement. However, depending on your local codes, the amount of post required to bury may be higher. For the vinyl 4x4 posts, using wooden 4x4 treated posts are also a recommended form of installation. The vinyl post is able to act as a sleeve over the wooden post. With this type of installation, please allow about 12”-16” between the top of the wooden post and the bottom rail of the frame. This will allow for more “give” and less tension within the frame. We also offer stakes for our 4x4 vinyl posts and 3x3 aluminum posts.
What style of caps comes standard with my order?
For most of our product styles the flat cap comes standard on the frame, however if you would like to upgrade to one of our deluxe cap styles we will be happy to assist you in doing so.
Are you able to make a frame a different style or size than what is listed on the website?

What's the difference between a 36" and 47" arm on the Real Estate Posts?
The 36" arm holds up to a 24" sign. The 47" arm holds up to a 36" sign.
